PROMOTer TERMS & CONDITIONS

NAMES AND RELATIONSHIPS
  1. The Product is the item to purchase.
  2. The PROMOTer is an individual who shares product information with another individual known as a Referral.
  3. The Referral is either a DIY (Do-It-Yourself), a professional Architect or Engineer or a building trade Contractor who has a project for which they would consider purchasing this product. The Referral must be the individual who would make the final purchase or payment.
  4. DexSystems Inc. is the Company that will supply the product.
CONDITIONS
  1. This is a non-binding, non-contractural relationship between the PROMOTer and the Company.
  2. The PROMOTer is not an employee of or acting as a representative for the Company. The PROMOTer is acting as an independent agent without any implied or expressed authority from the Company.
  3. The Company is not obligated to support the PROMOTer's efforts to create Referrals.
  4. The Company makes no implied or expressed guarantees related to the duration of this offering. It can be terminated at anytime and at will by the Company.
COMPENSATION
  1. This is a rewards program that compensates PROMOTers for product purchased by a PROMOTer's Referral when the purchase originated from the PROMOTer's efforts referring the Company's product.
  2. A PROMOTer is not eligible for the PROMOTer payment or Referral discount for product purchased for personal use or business resale as in the case of a contractor purchasing product for a customer installation in which the contractor is making the purchase of the product. If the customer (Referral) completes an RFQ and purchases the product directly, then the customer (Referral) and the contractor, if a PROMOTer, would be eligible for the benefits of this program.
  3. A Referral must complete an RFQ and enter the PROMOTer ID at the time the RFQ is submitted for processing. The PROMOTer ID is required for the PROMOTer's account to be credited. A PROMOTer can assist a Referral with this process. Any unsolicited submissions spammed by a PROMOTer will be cause for terminating a PROMOTer.
  4. The Company will reply to the Referral RFQ with the offered discount. This discount is valid for a period of 12 months from the original RFQ date.
  5. The maximum single square foot RFQ elegible for reward or discount is 2000 square feet per transaction, per Referral, per address.
  6. When the Referral places an order within 12 months from the original RFQ date, and the order is paid for by the Referral, the PROMOTer will then receive a payment for the referring service.
  7. The PROMOTer's payment will be mailed to the PROMOTer's account address within 30 days of payment received by the Company from the Referral.
  8. The PROMOTer is required to provide their Social Security number prior to payment being processed. This must be recorded through the the PROMOTer's account. This is required for the Company to process Federal 1099's for qualified earnings. This must be completed prior to the closing of a calendar year for a PROMOTer to receive payment. Delays by the PROMOTer in supplying this information as noted will result in a NO PAYMENT.
  9. All of the PROMOTer's account activity will be recorded in the PROMOTer's account. This includes new Referral account RFQ's, pending orders, orders placed and payments made.
